Description:

Renewal funding for the Lemmon Avenue Youth Impact Center for high-risk adolescents. This service delivery system co-locates 22 Dallas area agencies that provide health and human services to troubled youth. The program improves access to care by improving coordination of existing programs by locating them in a neighborhood center that offers case management.
